Program Overview: 

The SouthSide Soul Youth Program focuses on teaching students the skills of songwriting, recording, producing, engineering, and performing original music in a collaborative and creative environment. 

Equipment Responsibility:

Parents are responsible for any equipment issued or given access to by their child during the program. In the event of damage or breakage caused by a student, parents are required to replace the equipment promptly. 

Financial Commitment: 

All program payments are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as the fund immediately go towards the needs of the program.

Behavioral Expectations: 

Students are expected to maintain respectful and positive behavior throughout the program. Continuous behavioral issues may result in termination from the program, with no refund provided. 

Attendance: 

Regular attendance is crucial for the progress and success of each student. Parents are encouraged to communicate any absences in advance, and excessive absenteeism may impact a student's participation in the program. 

Parental Involvement: 

We encourage parents to actively engage with their child's progress, attend showcase events, and support their child's passion for music. 

Program Modifications: 

The SouthSide Soul Youth Program reserves the right to modify the curriculum, schedule, or any aspect of the program to enhance the overall learning experience for the students. 

Media Release:

Parents acknowledge that photographs or videos of students engaged in program activities may be used for promotional and educational purposes. Parents who wish to opt-out must communicate this in writing. 

Communication: 

Regular communication between parents, students, and program staff is essential. Updates and announcements will be shared through email, the program's website, or other communication channels. 

Code of Conduct: 

Students are expected to adhere to a code of conduct promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including termination from the program. 

By enrolling in The SouthSide Soul Youth Program, parents and students agree to abide by these terms and conditions for a successful and enriching experience.
